Dear all,one of my relative is applies CA Form in December 2016 and plan to appear in may 2018..Is he is in old syllabus or New syllabus. ? please clarify..

Whether sales are allowed against the payment of old notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 because whatever amount if we receive from our customers in the form of old note shall be deposited into bank on or before 30th December 2016

Hello, Im in articleship 2nd year and due to unfoseen circumstances i will now have to relocate to another place 300 kms away frm my present location. I talked to my principal auditor and he was kind enough to grant me termination. I wrote a letter to ICAI requesting permission for change in Articleship and enclosed my auditors acceprance along with the letter. Its been more than a month and I havent received any confirmation from the institute aswell. I dropped a mail to the institute and havent received a reply yet... I tried contacting them over phone but neither once did they attend a call... what should i do now... how do i know if the institute received the letter and they permitted the change in articleship. usually how long does it take to receive a confirmation from the institute.. kindly advice me. thank You

Now in our icai.org ca final video lectures are available.Are they enough or do i have to go for private coaching?Please suggest me.

           I was registered as articles assistant under a chartered accountant on 21st feb 2016  in Hyderabad. Timings in my office is so simple morning it is 9.30 good but when we will go to home is unknown it may be 9,10,12 . It is  not a single day task it is going on every day. And one more thing, he always thinks in a different manner and applies all his thoughts on us. He don't give holidays for public holidays and festivals. During unhealthy conditions also he forced us to come to office. He treats us like his servant and he says that 24hrs of a day are not mine this 24hrs belongs to him.  We don't know how Sunday are coming and going.These are only few of the major problems faced in my articles period, there are so many issues in office.Till now I have taken 5 or 6 Sundays as holiday.                Finally, I wanted to take termination but he is not willing to sign in my form 109. I leaved the office on 6th sep but till now I unable to get terminatio.               So what I have to do know. Please give me reply because your single reply save my life and studies
