sir, i have a doubt regarding the difference between the shares settled by actual delivery and otherwise by actual delivery. is there any tax variation between them. and among them, to which speculation is related??

Short term capital Gain arises only on shares actually delivered. Day trading on shares is speculative.

Yes you are right. Contract is issued on every purchase or sale of shares it is the proof of your share trading at the indicated price.
