I am a direct entry scheme student and after failing my 2nd attempt in ipcc i decided to leave CA. I have completed my 2 years of articleship i want to get terminated from my articleship and my principal also agreed to it. I started to looking for job . does institution allow me to get terminated from articleship?

sir, i have a doubt regarding the difference between the shares settled by actual delivery and otherwise by actual delivery. is there any tax variation between them. and among them, to which speculation is related??

I am not 100% sure for my Nov 2016 Ca final attempt (First Group).

So i have decided to start for next attempt ie: May 2017 (CA final First Group) only.

Please let me know-

1) Syllabus applicable for me?
2) Should i start with FR and SFM first?

Hello , my name is Hareesh I joined my articles from 28-04-2016 and my Ca Final attempt supposed to come in November 2018 Now ( I.e., 21-11-2016) I want to take termination to join other firm , whether my Ca Final attempt will be delayed If yes, within how many days I need to join other firm so that my final attempt will not be delayed

i like to know that ,whether receiving de monitized notes, as a part of business transactions is offence ,if yes under which law and what is the penalty or punishment.please discuss.
