my principal surrendered his cop on 22/06/2016
is it necessary to take termination on or before the above date, can i take termination on 22/07/2016 since i was on leave when he made the decision and he didnt informed me. please reply asap

Really sorry to inform..
When he surrendered his CoP, he ceases to be a member in practise. You will automatically be terminated from articles under him from that date. So, you need to register under any other principal at the earliest and send the Form 103.
