I had submitted form 108 two months back.I came to know just yesterday that i have taken 25 days excess leave.
what should i do now??
Should i continue under the same principal by filing form 107 or should i file form 103 under new principal??
I would be very grateful if u guys guide me through this.

Can I start fresh articleship for 3 years under new firm after taking transfer. Please reply

Hi my name is sahil i just want some guidance from the experts.I started CA at the age of 22 and it was great journey till 2015 but i dont know what went wrong that now i have lost my interest in this course and i gave 3 attempts of ca final but i am not able to clear it.I have observed that seeing my environment and friends getting settling down i have become negative towards this course.Is it ok to quit it or pursue it further?.As another plan which i was thinking that to do 1 year mba from abroad.Please suggest me.

i hve enrolled for gmcs online .and i hve despacted the document nd dd for same.as i could not able to attend gmcs .i ask them to postponed it on next match and for which i send an email too.but one day before they send me sms tht ur batch is confirned.as i m outsation i would not able to attend d same .what shall i do

I applied for IGNOU on 01st Septmber 2016, where my ca article ship training completed on 05-10-2016 it is compulsory to file Form.112 to get my article ship training completion certificate.

I am pursuing bcom along with CA and my college has refused to sign my form 112. what could be the consequence !

if a person has done Bcom Mcom and MBA through correspondence along with ca and not informed about the same to icai(only informed about Bcom at the start of articleship) then while applying at campus selection he has to worry or not if he discloses his education qualification. And all the degree were obtained in different year that is not in the year in which he cleared CA final

I am in first year of articleship.. Want to take termination take termination because of family problems.. I requested my principle to give transfer bt he rejected.. And again I asked for termination.. She's not willing to give termination also... Am far away 150kms from village.. My parents saying that leave the course..because of many family problems.. Parents saying come near and do that course.. Nearest CA but my principle saying she'll not give termination.. Please suggest me if any procedure to get termination from my principle

kindly let me know, whether PF is compulsory if salary is more than 15000/- at the earliest.
