i want to do self study of sfm subject from study material & practice manual. Is this enough or not.
please suggest me.

Understanding each chapter with conceptual clarity is of utmost importance. If you feel confident that your basics are strong then following study material and practice manual suffices. Still, if there are areas where you feel that you are not able to get a hold on the subject, then it is suggested to go for any qualify additional reference material to cover those topics.
Try solving past exam question papers as a mock test and evaluate your performance in order to know your strengths and weaknesses.
