If the Statutory Auditor of the Company has resigned during the year and a casual vacancy is created then in how much time new Auditors can be appointed by the Company???
What is the Time limit to appoint them ???

For this case how we will do the invoice to our customer? Is there any Way bill raise for entry tax paid to West Bengal Govt? Please Help.
