I complete 20 months of my articleship in ahmedabad. now I am shift to Surat so I want to know about the proceedings for transfer or secondment of my articleship. what is secondment ? what is transfer ? I am having a provisional IPCC registration and my due date of submitting the documents along with T.Y.BCOM marksheet is 20th october but unfortunately i've not recieved my marksheet from mumbai university and it will take more than 30 days to get the marksheet from university , so now what should i do ?
If i dont submit my marksheet till 20th october , my ipcc registration will get cancel .
please me help through out this .

I have completed my articles as on 30th sept 2017. I have extension of 26 days. Can I fill form 107 from 1st Nov 2017 or it is mandatory to serve extension from next of completion itself. i.e 01st Oct 2017

I want to ask in class 12 we have studied that only public limited company can isssue shares and trade in stocks in stock market. But private company's shares like reliance. pvt. ltd shares are also there. What are the criteria that a private company has to follow to issue shares to general public
As my friend is doing CA as well as bcom(H) from Patna. His college timing is from 7:00-11:30 AM. As per rule one can't start articleship after 11:00 AM. So my query is that can he be able to get permission by principal of the college to leave the college by 10:30 AM. If yes what are the ways to obtain so?

I got a letter from ICAI stating that I made a delay in submitting form 112 ,hence pay a fine of rs 500 and a letter from my employer stating reasons for such delay.The letter was addressed to my old employer(I took transfer from that employer).How can I reply for this letter.? Will just giving fine solve the issue? Please help
