hii sir,
i want to know that if our application for transfer of articleship will rejected by ICAI, then is their any power in favor of Principal that he can deny the articles from pursuing articleship under him???

please explain in detail the facts of the case so that it can be answered correctly.

I am in 2nd year of articleship and applied for transfer in June 2017 due to some personal reasons. But still the approval or rejection rejection letter has not give by ICAI, I just want to know that if ICAI rejects the transfer application, then the Principal (My CA) has any power that he can stop me from continuing articleship in that firm??
