I have cleared my CA-IPCC in Nov 2010.Had to take a gap of more than 3 years due to personal issues. Planning to start articleship from this june. how will the articleship registration be? is there any extra procedures that I have to go through because of the gap?

before getting form 109 should i get the permission from icai & MY PRINCIPAL??

& wat kind of a letter i have to write to icai? can u provide a format of the same??

an i dint get my articleship registration letter from icai yet?(its been already 1.5 month of my articleship) so sud i wait till i get my letter for d transfer or i can do it before recieving the same??

I joined my articles in the month of December,now i want to take termination in my firm.Can i send only 109 form to the institute or is there any rule to send joining forms 103 and 112 along with form 109 ? And also i want to know details regarding termination.,Can you please inform me ?

My scnd year of articleship will complete on 21 oct 2014 n i have informed my principal in advance n hv also asked in d industry for my industrial training.... please guide me when to send letter to icai to grant permission for form 109 n when to fill n submit d form plz tell d procedure m really confused....:(

Sir i got 53% in b.com. now i want to do ca then i can get direct admission in ipcc level. i am got mks in second year taxation 50, cost & management accounting 76, and fin accounting 62 and my third year mks fin. mngt & per fin. 64, audit 56, and fin accounting 67. can i get admission based on that marks.

I am a CA Final Student.I have cleared IPCC Both groups in May 2012.I have registered for articleship on 29th Nov,2012.I will be serving last 12 months of articleship on May 2015 .As per New eligibilty rules for final Examination appearing on Institute website,will I be able to appear in May 2015.

Eligibility

1. The candidate must have passed the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
2. The candidate must have obtained Final Course registration number from Board of Studies Section of the concerned decentralized office of the Institute after passing the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
3. The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held: and
