due to bad health i want transfer and want to shift to my home town i have medical certificate of rest period of 1 month from govt hospital
what should i do to take transfer

Presently I am doing article assistant at at Hyderabad.I completed 1 year 11 months articles in my firm.I want to take secondment of articles in another firm.I Have a Doubt in this regard.My Principal already have 10 assistants.If i go to another firm on Secondment of articles is there is any chance to My principal to take another articles assistant due to vacancy of my secondment of articles.

what formalities should i do ,after compliting my articleship

I have taken admission in a college under d.u under b.com hons and want to pursue c.a.doing both the courses aren't hectic? how to manage? or should I get transferred to school of open learning? I want to give may 2015 attempt and both the groups.

Sir I am taking transfer second time in my first year of articleship. In Form-103, We have to give details of partially completed articles service, so there whether I should enter details of my Ist employer articleship or the second employer from where I am taking transfer. Sir, I am taking transfer second time in first year of articleship. In report of practical training in Form-109, the date of commencement of articleship training to be mentioned will be either the date of very starting date of articleship i.e. the date of joining at the very first employer or the date of joining/commencing articleship at my second employer from where I am taking transfer now.
