My one friend scored 67.57% in TYb.com &aggregate 57.93% in b.com (all Six terms), but in final certificate he had "C" Grade i.e. 50.00%-54.99%.

He already completed his ITT & OT Training.
Now he is dilemma, what to do?
Pls Suggest its urgent

22 July 2014 you will not become eligible for the direct route as its less % then required so go for cpt route.

22 July 2014 If your friend aggregated 58% marks then how come he not be given certificate of 58%. If 55% or more marks is obtained then he is eligible for direct entry. You advise your friend to visit the nearest chapter of ICAI for better clarity.
