Site is owned by Husband and Wife . Both are co owner . They construct Flats and sell.

If amount received before Occupation certificate ,GST is applicable.

Query is : Whether GST has to Registered in the name of Husband and Wife Individually or they have to make partnership deed and registere in the name of Partnership .

Or GST registration in Husband or wife is sufficient?

If insurance premium is given as ₹20,000 in receipt and payment a/c and information is
Three months premium paid in advance
Then what amt. Will be taken in income and expenditure a/c?

I'm an ipcc student .
I wish to quit CA regarding my personal problems.
I completed my 2 years articleship training .
And I decided that I will never come back to this course .
Is there any affidavit or letter should I submit to my principal and ICAI?
If I should submit affidavit , is there any specific reason should I declare, specified by ICAI?
For quitting CA while articleship training ,is there any problem will arise to my principal in future ?

can i do exam registration in march for may 2019 exam? my Advanced itt batch will end on 21/02/2019, so i cant register before that. is it possible to register?

I have stamp paper dated 11 Sept 2018..Can I show my registration date as 10 Nov 2018 in form 103.

I am a CA Final student and my 5 year registration will expire in February 2019...

Now I want to know that is there any such rule for revalidation that registration will be valid as long as student continues to appear in exam of final beyond 5 years.....

And registration will not lapse if he/she has given at least 1 of the last two exams conducted just before end of such five years...

Is there any such rule???
Please guide me as soon as possible
So I can take further action

I have been registered for CA Final course as on 18-02-2014 as per ICAI letter issued to me

I want to know that how long my registration will be valid?

I have given CA final exams from
may 2015 to may 2018 continuously
but I have not attempted exam in November 2018...

Whether I have to reregister myself to attempt exam in May 2019???
If yes,then how much fees I have to pay for it????
