I have completed my B.Com with 52.5% marks and also completed PGDBA (Finance) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning with 62.5% marks. Am I eligible for CA course on the basis of PGDBA (Fiance)?

Client has outsourced such pharmacy shop where employee of client are eligible to get free medicine. But client doesn't deduct tds while making payment. total payment made in the current year is more Rs. 1200000.

I want to know whether tds is applicable on making payment to pharmacy unit for supply of medicine.

I have completed Cs executive and registered Cs professional. I have registered with ICSI before april 2014 and old training structure is applicable for me. Now, I planned to complete Professional then go for training. Do I need to apply switch over for new training structure afer passing professional?
