Please Recommend Good Book for CA Final Book for Audit Subject.

hello! plz..resolve my query ..i am in a dilemma whther to start my study fr final xams or not as sylabus will be chnged soon.but there is no specific details about the changes in course and matter.plz suggest me which subject i should go fr from now....and are there chnges in all subjcts ?should i go for law,sfm and costing ?

While calculating Earning per share(EPS)
we divide profit after tax by number of shares. So,in this formula the number of shares includes preference shares and equity shares both or only equity shares ?

which book should i refer for ca final costing a in which way i start preparation for costing and isca ?

I'm just not happy with my CA. I don't wish to work with him and he also doesn't want me to work for him. The problem is, it's my 3rd year of articleship and I don't know the rules of ICAI for taking a transfer in 3rd year. Also, I have taken approx 10 months leave in the period of 26 months. Please suggest me as I wish to take dummy now and study for my finals.

I am hit by a rumour that our Auditing and ISCA is going to Merge in May 2016. Moreover two new subjects are gonna introduced by ICAI in our curricullam i.e IFRS and International Taxation....

Please give your views on it, whether it is true or just a rumour?

i am a ipcc student and i have completed about 15 months articleship but i now want to take transfer/termination from my firm because of bad behavior and no work in my firm .please can anyone explain me procedure to as to hoe can i take transfer now.urgent please.

Sir, l want to take transfer of articleship because I am living in Virar and my CA firm in andheri. In my firm only bank audit and they allotted me 3 Bank in churchgate. I goes churchgate daily so it is difficult to me for travel daily of 5 hours. I put my heavy afforts even if nothing to learn in the Firm So I want to take transfer but my principal not allow me. please give me perfect solutions.
