Can I revise the ITR of last year. As there was mistake in accounting.

You can very well revise it if the assessment is NOT completed.
If the assessment is completed, then you can file rectification of mistake application.
If the assessment is completed, then you can file rectification of mistake application.

you can revised if you file the return on or before the due date and assessment not complete.
