I want to know about the time limit for submission of termination form (Form 109) to Institute after getting attestation from First Principal and Reregistration of articles with New Principal.I have completed 2 years of Articleship with First pricipal.Due to some problem I can't reach New principal suddenly.Please help me.

u need to file within 1 month of signing the form 109 from previous ca.

It is always better to resolve the issue with the earlier Principal and then get transferred
