I have already taken tranfer for a period of 11 months 27 days of Ca articleship but now i am facing timing problem for studies,tuitions during articleship under the present principle. I have completed articleship of 1 year 27 day.
Am i eligable for further transfer.
Please suggest me,as i am unable to continue it under present circumstanses.

Hai! this is anusha. i have query regarding form 112... my artcileship deed is made on 23/3/2015 and i have joined cs course on 14/2/2014.. now while submitting the form 112 do i need to pay 1000/- for condonation of delay and do i need to take attestion from icsi institute in form 112 even though its a correspondance course?? i request to to resovle my query and thanks for the suggestions in advance.

i Have Completed my Articleship on 14-02-2015, but my sir give me extension for 2 month,thn what form i have to file??? With form 108 there shoul be enclosure of DD... DD Shoud be at which name?(i hv rejestered in WIRC Branch, Ahmedabad), & when i hv to file form 107 ??

If a CA final student serving last six months of articled training who have subbmmitted exam form duly signed by his principal with declaration by him that he is serving last six months training under him including excess leave if any...... is this declaration by principal confirms 2.5yrs of training under him and if in future any dispute arises between him and the article,so maximum what he can do with his training....can he can write futher leaves of more than 6months in his form no. 108.....??? is this declaration enough to confirm 2.5 yrs of article training served??
