Hi Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a ca student and one the basis of my cpt i have registered to cs-executive with ICSI in the month of May,2013.
I have given my first exam in Dec,2013 for Module-1.Of course i didnt clear it.
I didnt attend for SIP too since i was busy with my CA shedule.
And i didnt receive Registartion letter and ID from icsi,even i didnt recieve monthly journals and mainly i didnt get my marks list too.
i know it a very big delay and i feel very frustrated cause i wanna give my executive exam this Dec,2015.
Please kindly help me with the right information for the following queries:
1.Do i have to do SIP???
2.Do i need a Identity card??
3.i have no communication from the chapter office with which i got registered,also from icsi--how do i keep them in contact??? like receivng updates and alerts??
and any more info. relevant to this.

i am confused,please guide me.

CHARGING SECTION OF IT ACT AND TDS ON INTEREST PORTION OF NRI DEPOSITS FOR THE PERIOD OF CHANGE OF STATUS OF AN NRI TO RESIDENT TILL THE MATURITY DATE OF NRI DEPOSITS.

I am doing articles in pune and its my 16th month of articles. Due to health problem i need to go for treatment for one month.

for transfer At least 3 months is required but doctor wont certify this.

can i make an option of secondment of articles at this time for 1 year???

my friend needs a transfer of articles but this is her second year of articles..

she has a surgery today.. After 20 days she will recover maximum.but same food and environment makes her problem severe and doctors said next time problem would be severe..

i have read ICAI website about it..
it said
"Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of 3 months"
what does this mean???

can she get transfer ??

this post in reference of my previous query because I'm not able reply on that. sir what should I do as my principal he is neither ready to give me transfer nor letting me continue articleship from his firm. he is only saying to terminate my articleship from day one. I'm registered for ca under direct entry scheme and if he took such kindda of step my ipcc attempt will be extended for next one more year as I've my very first attempt of ipcc in coming may. plz help me what do now ?

My attempt is May 2016 for CA Final.I wanted to know whether IFRS or Accounting standard would be applicable to me?
