Need guidance regarding cs executive...

18 April 2015 Hi Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a ca student and one the basis of my cpt i have registered to cs-executive with ICSI in the month of May,2013.
I have given my first exam in Dec,2013 for Module-1.Of course i didnt clear it.
I didnt attend for SIP too since i was busy with my CA shedule.
And i didnt receive Registartion letter and ID from icsi,even i didnt recieve monthly journals and mainly i didnt get my marks list too.
i know it a very big delay and i feel very frustrated cause i wanna give my executive exam this Dec,2015.
Please kindly help me with the right information for the following queries:
1.Do i have to do SIP???
2.Do i need a Identity card??
3.i have no communication from the chapter office with which i got registered,also from icsi--how do i keep them in contact??? like receivng updates and alerts??
and any more info. relevant to this.

i am confused,please guide me.
