18 April 2015 my friend needs a transfer of articles but this is her second year of articles..

she has a surgery today.. After 20 days she will recover maximum.but same food and environment makes her problem severe and doctors said next time problem would be severe..

i have read ICAI website about it..
it said
"Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of 3 months"
what does this mean???

can she get transfer ??
please help ..

18 April 2015 nopes on this way she cant take transfer... she had to follow the given conditions then only transfer is allowed

18 April 2015 If i make him certify for 3 months .. And sent to icai does they check with him.. Or can u give me any accurate reason for taking certificate from doctor??

18 April 2015 these certificate must b from govt hospital as given in the above link check that.. if u can provide this then only transfer is possible

18 April 2015 I read the that one before sir.. If by some other way like that if I make him to give a certificate for 3 months fromgovt doctor.. Will icai investigate into it for ??

18 April 2015 i dont think so .... if certificate is there thats enough in mah personal view as doctor is giving that.... so then u can take 3 month off from office .. so that no clash is there

18 April 2015 Thank u sir for not getting irritated with this.. But can she take secondment of articles from Bangalore to Vijayawada for max period of 1 year so that her articles will be completed almost??
