pls explain the meaning of floting charge and creditor secured with floting charge...

Sir i have completed my graduation and not submitted form 112. At the time of joining articleship i was in 2nd year. I have 1 year of articleship remaining.
So can someone suggest what should i do

Am a CA finalist,cleared IPCC in the first attempt,now gave final group 1 and group 2 separately in Nov '14 and May'15 respectively. But couldn't clear in either of them.Also my marks are barely in the 30s. Am puzzled and cannot find my mistakes,and thus am not preparing for this term (Nov'15). I want to appear for both the groups in May '15.please help me how can I strengthen my conceptual base in all 8 subjects in 5 months? Will it be possible?

Sir ..my final attempt is may2017 .I have cleared ipcc both groups individually .I am very confused as to whether I should register for finals now or few months before exam ? On registering now will I get option to choose between the new syllabus and old syllabus ? What should I do ? Please guide

But on Nov. 2014 I had enrolled in a correspondence Bcom course as I was late to get admission in any regular college.Then after passing Bcom 1st year in correspondence I had converted from correspondence to regular BCom as in my university one can convert from correspondence to regular in 2nd year and finally get a regular degree.

BCOM 2nd year reg. date- 29.07.2015

But till date I haven't submitted FORM 112.
Experts please guide me.

if one subject got 61 marks in 1st attempt of group -1 and both groups fail., in 2nd attempt grup -1 marks are combine with group -2 for aggregate total of both groups or not?

I am a student of ca ipcc and I had cleared accounts, law and audit exam. Now I have to appear for cfm, tax and itsm in this coming November.
Can anyone please tell that is it possible to clear these three subjects in 2 months?
And please suggest me some books for self study...
