Dear Members, Please tell me the difference between Exemption and Deduction.

Our is a partnership firm and we are going to conduct yoga and meditation class in our new gym. will the service tax applicable and when we should take the service tax number?

I have study material of auditing and assurance applicable for May & Nov'15 exams and i am going to appear for IPCC Nov'15. In view of recent changes, specially regards to company audit (CARO etc). Study material @ Institute's site does not show any changes in study material of Company Audit 1 for Nov'15. So should i refer to Study material for May'16 for better understanding of concept or refer to old material only.

If a CA having COP and also getting his registeration no. of firm, whether appointment of such auditor by the company and signing of the auditors report by the firm name or individual name of CA.

Please guige me in this regard.

Sir i have completed my graduation and not submitted form 112. At the time of joining articleship i was in 2nd year. I have 1 year of articleship remaining.
So can someone suggest what should i do

Am a CA finalist,cleared IPCC in the first attempt,now gave final group 1 and group 2 separately in Nov '14 and May'15 respectively. But couldn't clear in either of them.Also my marks are barely in the 30s. Am puzzled and cannot find my mistakes,and thus am not preparing for this term (Nov'15). I want to appear for both the groups in May '15.please help me how can I strengthen my conceptual base in all 8 subjects in 5 months? Will it be possible?

Sir ..my final attempt is may2017 .I have cleared ipcc both groups individually .I am very confused as to whether I should register for finals now or few months before exam ? On registering now will I get option to choose between the new syllabus and old syllabus ? What should I do ? Please guide

I had started my articleship on 09.08.2014 and till that date I didn't join any college for graduation. But on Nov. 2014 I had enrolled in a correspondence Bcom course as I was late to get admission in any regular college.Then after passing Bcom 1st year in correspondence I had converted from correspondence to regular BCom as in my university one can convert from correspondence to regular in 2nd year and finally get a regular degree.

BCOM 2nd year reg. date- 29.07.2015

But till date I haven't submitted FORM 112.
Experts please guide me.

if one subject got 61 marks in 1st attempt of group -1 and both groups fail., in 2nd attempt grup -1 marks are combine with group -2 for aggregate total of both groups or not?
