Should subjects like itsm and audit prepared by self study or coaching is needed for them?

Self study shall be preferred for ITSM and audit subjects. Multiple smart revisions are the best way to crack these subjects. Always remember, memory techniques looks attractive initially, but during the exam, the one who knows the concept thoroughly can only cover well.
