I am a student for the november 2015 batch if final ca... due to some unavoidable circumstances i was not able to start my studies for the first group before the 17th of September which i feel has left me with very little time!! Following is the things i have done so far


1) financial reporting (things to be done)
- Revised schedule
- consolidated financial statements
- all the accounting standards

2) sfm(to be done)
- portfolio management
- money matkets
- valuations
- few other small chapters

3) audit
-only company audit has been done

4)law
- only 4 chapters of company law are done



I am a sincere student and i dont know what went wrong wth the preparation time...

Now as this is what has tranpired i would like to have your advice on a couple of things


1) should just skip this attempt and continue my articled training around a month to go and concentrate on both the groups coming may 2016 and start preparing as soon as the articled training is over?

2) if no, how should i go about and what should my approach be??


Does going for a single or couple of papers only work in final ca?


Please i would like your guidance as soon as possible!

Dear sir am terminated my articleship during the 1st year. But I changed my signature and sent the form 109 with new signature. Along with request letter. But today they are sent letter of my auditor copy regards attestation. Please guide me after auditor attested�only my articleship will be terminated????? Reply me please

I am in the first year of articleship and had requested for transfer 2 months ago.Initially my principal refused but now he is ready to sign Form 109 under the condition that I repay him the excess stipend received as compared to the Institute's guidelines.

I have worked on an average for 48 hours per week which is in excess of the stipulated 35 hours as prescribed by the Institute.

Is the principal allowed to claim excess stipend paid inspite of making me work for more than 35 hours per week?

Dear sir, I already completed my 22 months of articles, my question is can i take termination before completion of my artilceship and join under New CA.?

I have cleared both groups of my ipcc in november 2014 but registered for articles only in august 2015. so can someone pls tell me when can i give my finals next? will it be november 2017 or may 2018??
