i had done mcom external during articleship but without submitting form 112 will my membership no. will be kept on hold?What other penalty?

Dear Sir/Ma'am, In case of transfer before completion of one year, while Re-registering the articleship, can the franking date on the form 102 be one month later than the date of commencement of articleship in new office? I've commenced articleship in new office from 9th September, 2015. Date of franking is 13th October, 2015. Please tell me the implications of the same. Will ICAI accept the same? will there be any late fee applicable?

In an import transaction involving "sale in course of import" (SICOI) typically the importer has to file BOE, but in this case the ultimate buyer cannot claim customs benefit.

Is there any way that the ultimate buyer in SICOI transaction ca file the BOE in its name so that he can claim the customs benefit?

I have joined in articles on 30 th april 2015, and consented principal about transfer and got out of firm on june 30th 2015 and i have given form 109 for termination and i have joined in another firm and have been working there since july yet i didn't submit form 109 and i didn't register with new firm what should i do now about form 109 and re registration

I have passed my CA Final exams in may 2015 attempt. It was a provisional attempt as per ICAI since the attempt was after 2.5 years of articleship.Now I have taken some leaves after may 15 due to which my principal is extending my articleship by 20 days. Now if my articleship gets extended, will my ca final attempt be considered invalid?

recently i have completed my articles. at the time of registration of articles i wrote i was intended to pursue icwa as other course but after registration and up to completion of articles i didnt take up any other course. now i received letter stating that condonation of delay of submitting form 112 pay the amt rs 1000. is it compulsory to pay the amt even if we didnt take up any other course.please tell me the process
