Articleship leave calculation

Hello,
recently I have completed my articleship but not understanding the calculation of the leaves allowed since I have taken a transfer in my first year and my previous principal has shown that I took excess leave of 56 days..
So the total no of days were 284 n leaves taken were 89.
So now in order to show get zero extention how do I calculate the leaves ?

leaves rules is 1/6 of total days worked
