I have passed my PE-2 examination held in MAY,2007. I register myself in FINAL(old course) on 6th AUG.2007 and trnsfer in next week to FINAL(new course).

My articleship of three years has been started from 18th July,2007.

When will i be able to appear in final examination ?
(Nov,2009 or MAY,2010)

Is there any provision to shift to the new scheme.

As per institutes rule normal working hours are 35 per week. But it seems that many CA firm force to article assistant to work at least 7 to 8 hours per day (42 to 48 hours). & they have to do. Could you pls suggest what can be done in this situation?
