I've cleared Ist group of CA Inter in Nov.1992, but was unable to clear the rest. Now I wish to appear CA Exams again. I had successfully completed articleship by 1992. Can I take CAExams again without again doing the articleship.
Can I sit to PE-II during May 2009 or can I enter to new scheme without again undergoing articleship?

If X a professional visit the plant (under construction) for inspection.He raised Invoice on Y as under

Professional Fees 10000
Conveyance 2000

Service Tax @ 12.36% 1483

Then Conveyance of Rs.2000/- can be capitalised or not as per AS-10 on Fixed Asset issued by ICAI.

Q.2.I have completed 17 month training as article assistant now if i leave the training and Not re register under any CA then would i eligible to take attempt PCE MAY 09?

My principal want to terminate my training? what is the procedure for joining the new principal and time limit for doing so? will termination with my principal will affect me in anyways?

I cleared my ca final exam in May 08. My article ship will complete on April /2009. AS on today I ve approx 40 days of leave left considering 1/6 scheme. My CS final exam is in dec 08. I ve applied for 40 days leave but I ve been allowed leave only from 15 dec 08 onwards. I wanna know the consequences if I do not report to work from dec 1 onwards.


And secondly, I am considering myself getting a transfer. If at all I apply for it now, the firm will impose a 1 month notice period. Am I bound to comply with this?

1) Is it mandatary to Give notes to accounts seply,
2) if one does not provide notes to accounts seply and the same is reflected in the directors report is it ok

I have been registered as an article with effect from 17-02-2006. then i took transfer & re registered with delays of 4-5 days. then i got termination w.e.f. 30-6-2008 but re registered w.e.f. 7-8-2008. i have recd registration confirmation letter from Institute mentioning that my articleship is pending for 7 months & 24 days & it also states that i had taken excess leaves of 20 days. at the time of submitting form i mentioned 16-02-2009 as the date on which my articleship is due to be completed.
so could u tell me when i hav to apply for extension & for how many days - whether for 20 days or how much period i hav to serve after 16-2-2009.
Please give me the source from where i can confirm.
