Could sb give me the exact website link or URL for downloading the latest Home assignments of IGNOU B.Com(A&F) for July 2008 to June 2009 session. The subject is "Business Environment" or ECO-13.

I had got Assignmenbt papers of only 3 subjects out of 6; along with my books.
I want to download them; but when i click Students>>Assignment at www.ignou.ac.in; they show assignment of @007-08 which has already been expired.

What is the leave allowed for pcc + Final (new course)?I took transfer after clearing pcc may '08.The registeration letter showed excess leave of 67 days & bal articleship period of 1yr & 9mths.Can I adjust excess leave in remainig period so that I won't miss my May '10 Final attempt? Please help me out.

one of my friend gave and cleared C.P.T EXAM when it was started and he also got registered with pcc and completed 15 months of its training then he left training for some personal problems
now
1) can he register now for ipccfor nov09 attempt
2)he has certificate from his c.a.regarding 15 months completion of training and now after clearing ipcc will his this completed traing be counted for final traing or his this 15 months training goes waste
what should he in this situation?

If we register for both groups of IPCC with article,do we have to appear for both groups In November 2009??
