what is the difference b/w viney mittal & assosiates
and
viney mittal & co.
is there any completion that if one ca done his practice alone there the name of his firm contain assosiates
and if there is partnership then the name of firm content & co.

I registered for my PCC in april 2008. and did my articles for 1 month. due to some of my problems i could not continue it. Now I heard about IPCC

Can any one please give me the details & formalities for conversion of PCC to IPCC.

Thank u very much for the reply.But Sir, if I want to take termination than will I be granted the termination or it depends on my C.A.'s will.
It is very much necessary for me to get termination but my C.A. does not give me termination.That's why I want to switch over from PCC to IPCC.
Because I don't get time to study and if I switch over from PCC to IPCC than I will get a nine month break and I will be able to study comfortably.
Please tell me that if I want the break and termination than will I get that even when my C.A. does not allow me for that.

I have completed my articleship. I have cleared by CA inter exams, & 1 st group of CA final, will be appearing for ca final 2 nd group this may 09.Does obtaining the Accounting Technician Certificate , mean that no further attempt of CA final can be given.Re there any exams for obtaining ATC.

Now a days the hot news in the CA students are ipcc?there are many benefit as institue is claimed.

Articleship has been reduced to 3 year in pcc it is 3 and1/2.

Students can write the exam after competing 9 month after registration.In pcc not.

For ipcc students can join the articleship after passing group I.In pCC articleship is mandatory.

In ipcc student can write the fian exam during the lasrt 6 month of articleperiod. in pcc compltion of Article is mandatory....

My query is whether there is any type of injustice to exsisting PCC?

is PCC have any advantages over ipcc?

What is the drawback of IPCC?

Can u pls give me an example to differentiate between a holder & Holder in due course.

Hi, I have cleared my Intermadiate Exam & 1st group of ca final exam. I will be appearing for my CA final 2 nd group exams in May 09. Kindly explain me what is accounting Technician Certificate. Am i eligible for that certificate, are there any exam for the above mentioned certificate.
