Pay Stamp duty on increase of Authorised Capital as per Form 5.
Amend the memorandum by passing a special resolution. File form no 23 with ROC for registration of special resolution alongwith Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Statement thereto.
Also file Form no 5 with ROC alongwith requisite fee as per Schedule X.
