Who do I complaint for this irregularity?

I had sent an application for computer course to Chennai on Jan 12, 09. 2 days ago I got confirmation & NOT THE study material. I asked the staff in chennai institute, they say they do not ve stock of books.. My classes ve started. I know complaining now is of no use because by the time my complaint is considered & i get my books, my course would ve got over & i would ve started my articleship as well.

i am undergoing my articlehip here in india...my pce exam is due in this june'09...i shall be taking leave in april and may...my family staying in uae wants me to join them during those days...now i would like to know:
1)if i go abroad, can i write my exams from u a e?
2)if yes, is it enough that i choose dubai or abudhabi as centre in exam application form and also pay the respective fees?
3)can i get my hall ticket in my uae address if i give it as my address for communication...though my permanent address in board's database is different?

pls answer these queries and help me to make a decision at the earliest.

i was submitted the form no.112 for pursuing the additional course & For this regard i duly received the letter from the institute in which they written that i should submitted the letter from my employer in which my imployer should mention the reason for LATE SUBMITTING the form no.-112
Now i wants 2 know, what reason my employer should mention?????
Because it is due 2 my mistake i.e. at that time i was not aware about such notification of submission of form no.-112.

Why Closing Stock Not shown in Trial Balance?

What is Difference between transfer from articleship and termination of articleship because employer is not ready to give transfer but he is ready to give termination. should termination be opted. pls reply ugtly as i am in a fix.
