Hi I have done my MBA in finance from Sikkim manipal university by distance learning program. now I M working in travel company in finance department. I want to be a CA, is that possible with my regular job. kindly suggest me the procedure.
I am a IPCC student. I wish to know that, is graduation necessary while doing Charterd Accountancy Course? (Please note that I am not asking about the eligibility for taking admission to the course. I wish to know that, if one is not a graduate but only completes CA course, is there a problem to him for getting his CA title/certificate?)
it is said that scaling is not done if you appear for both group in ipc but if a student has appeared for both groups nd fails in the 2nd group but is passing in 1st will scaling be done in the 1st group in this situation. ?

Dear experts, I have submitted form 112 for pursuing cs course in dec 13. Now in nov 15 i applied for m.com course too via submission of form 112. when i made an inquiry regarding non receipt of any letter, ICAI told me that you can pursue only one course at a time. They said that i have to leave one of the course.
I asked them how to leave a course, so they asked me to submit an affidavit stating that i will not pursue cs till completion of articleship.
My question is,
1. What is the meaning of not pursuing any course? - does that mean i cannot take classes etc or does that mean i cannot give any exam?
2. What if i give exams only? -will there be any issue?
3. Can i submit affidavit made from my home town or is it necessary to make it from delhi?
4. What should be the value of stamp? - i used a Rs 10 stamp-is that ok ?

hello ,along with the exam form whether we also need to submit declaration of completion of articles hip..??as my articles hip is completed on 30/01/2016 and still I need to submit form 108 in the institute..so now while filling the xam form what should I submit as declaration of articles hip ???

I have completed my 3 years of articleship on 04/ 09/15 with excess leave of 64 days which I SERVED FROM 09/12/15 TO 10/2/16. I have applied for may 2016 exam. I HAVE SUBMITTED FORM 108(FOR COMPLETION OF 3 YEARS ARTICLESHIP ON 11/01/2016) and form 103 ( for excess leave period) on08/01/2016.I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE INSTITUTE THAT I have completed my 3years training on 04/09/15 and that there is an excess leave of 64 days.
In exam form there is an option (articleship completion declaration) says that whether the student has completed 3 year of articleship (including excess leave ),if yes enclose a copy of confirmation letter issued in this regard by the institute . I want to know whether the said option is available in my case and if yes , which letter should I enclose with exam form ,the above letter or any other letter(i.e whether i will receive any letter from institute for completion of 64 days leave period) and am i required to submit that letter
