08 February 2016 Sir i have registered in audit firm on 12th march 2015 i want transfer from this firm my principle is ready to give transfer but there is no any other article so he told me work for 2 or 3 months but if i will work here then my first year is over.
Can i will submit my form after one month of completetion an year.
What is the date for submission of form??

09 February 2016 you should submit form 109 with in one year from date of transfer,dont make more delay if u do more delay icai ask u reasons and many claarifications etc,

so send transfer form before one year articleship and work him as long he and u agreed and re-register with other ca once u rlieved from there

Means i have registered for articleship on 12.03.2015 and i will take sign. For transfer on 04.04.2016 on back date of 11.03.2016,
I will registered with new ca in back date of 11.03.2016
So i can do so,

Please help its urgent

09 February 2016 your date of termination on form 109 should be before one year,

get it signed by your boss in 10-20 days,send to icai after 20 days from date of termination,

work with your old boss till he want to work,later exit and rejoin with other ca,
