My friend has taken termination on 6th april of this year he has not yet joined in another firm.
he is going to join in another firm in the next week.
is this transfer will be valid
other wise what he has to be done
please advice me

DOES THE NEW RULE FOR EXEMPTION IN PAPERS ALSO APPLY TO STUDENTS APPEARING FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION UNDER THE OLD SYLLABUS ?

I am a B.Com., graduate and I passed the first group in C.A.Inter in November 2008. I stopped writing exams in 2000. Now, if I want to continue the course, what should I do? Will the three papers that I passed be valid now if I continue the course?

I am started my articleship as on 23rd january 2007. on 13th jualy 2008 i had take transfer & join another firm. old employer give me 75 excess leaves. in new firm i am not taking any leave up to 18th april 2009 plz help me about is my articleship still complete on 23rd january 2010 or it extent by 75 days

I am getting termination from my pricipal after 2 years of articleship..Is it compulsory to get sign in Form 120 along with 109????

HI I am CPT cleared candidate and i am trying hard to join any firm out of top 20 firms but they are not considering me.

Infact i am not able to know when a vaccancy arises in them.

Can any one help me out in getting in any such firm.

As per the recent announcement of ICAI a student has to take permission for persuing other courses. However as per the Announcement Regarding Articled Assistants dated 22nd August 2008 Students registered prior to 1.04.2008 are not required to submit form 112 to obtain permission for other courses. I am registered as a student in the year 2006. Please clarify whether i am required to obtain such permission? the new announcement has not clarified whether the old announcement has been cancelled or not!!! I would alsoi like to know whether i can persue 2 courses alongwith CA course. Such other courses are external courses. Hence there is no requirement to attend the college. Expecting an early reply. Thanks

Please tell me the forms to be executed for transfer ....what is the difference b/w form no. 109 & 120 ?Do we have to submitt both of these along with 102 & 103
