20 April 2009 I have started my articleships on 22nd of october 2008.I will complete my one and a half year of articleships on 22 april 2010.I want to give my PCC attempt in may 2010.

20 April 2009 one shall be eligible to appear in exam after completing 18 months of articleship(including 3 months leave) till the first day of the month in which you exam shall be held , since 18 months are completed till 22, April 2010, you are eligible.
