Is there any logic behind making such regulations for stopping articled assistants to take transfer during last year of training. If a student has came from outstation place and now wants to go back after giving exams, is he permitted to do so?

I had taken termination on 24 March 09.Also date of signing is 24 March.I re-registered on 25 March with new CA.But i didn't send the forms due to ICAI's announcement on 27 March.So can i send them now to reach before 25 April 09....Forms inc. 109,102,103...Are they Okkay...need i submitt form 120

My friend has taken termination on 6th april of this year he has not yet joined in another firm.
he is going to join in another firm in the next week.
is this transfer will be valid
other wise what he has to be done

DOES THE NEW RULE FOR EXEMPTION IN PAPERS ALSO APPLY TO STUDENTS APPEARING FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION UNDER THE OLD SYLLABUS ?

I am a B.Com., graduate and I passed the first group in C.A.Inter in November 2008. I stopped writing exams in 2000. Now, if I want to continue the course, what should I do? Will the three papers that I passed be valid now if I continue the course?

I am started my articleship as on 23rd january 2007. on 13th jualy 2008 i had take transfer & join another firm. old employer give me 75 excess leaves. in new firm i am not taking any leave up to 18th april 2009 plz help me about is my articleship still complete on 23rd january 2010 or it extent by 75 days

I am getting termination from my pricipal after 2 years of articleship..Is it compulsory to get sign in Form 120 along with 109????
