hi i m final year student i m very confused about the institute rules and regulation which bound the article to attend offices from 10.30 to 5.30 but the fact is no firm will allow to go at 5.30.so how we manage our study apart from articleship.some rules should be made for firm so that they will leave the article at fixed time so that we will manage our study with articleship

i have passed both ca inter and cwa inter in may, june 2007 respectively. and i joined in articles in sep 2007. and i have not registered for cwa final.
now i want to continue cwa final. Am i required to file form 112.

Is exemption from filing 112 available as i am registered for articles before march 08. Or it is compulsory to file form 112.

Is this possible to get list of all practicing CA city wise?How

I have cleared my CA final Exam in May06, & after that i gone to abroad.but not completed the GMCS course & not applied for membership. Now i am in India & doing the Job in good company.

I know that applying for membership this is compulsory .but does effect my professional carreir if i have to do job only ??

if PCC attempet is due in NOV. 09 than till what time ITT should be completed?can any1 appear in NOV 09 PCC attempt if his/her ITT start in AUG 09?
