Is it advantageous for incorporating a company as foreign wholly owned subsidiary???? What advantages does it have?? Or it can be incorporated as a separate private limited company in India itself

I had registered for PE II and had exhausted my 5 attempts in 2007 may. Can any1 tel me if i have to reregister shal i directly enrol for PCC as per the transition scheme or i have to clear CPT also. Also clarify if PCC is different from IPCC and if either PCC or IPCC can be chosen at our option? what is the procedure to enrol for PCC/IPCC? When can i appear for exams from the date of registration? Is there any time limit within which the PCC/IPCC to be completed? Pls help me.........

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an articled student, who will appear for the CA Final in 2012. My problem is that I will be 26( almost 27 years of age) when I take the Finals.
Will this age factor affect my chances in placements? If yes, what can I do to increase my chances in getting recruited by a good company, like the Big Four Firm? I am confident of passing the finals in the very first attempt.
I will be indebted to you, if you could advise me regarding this topic.

iam a ca final student.ihav 9 months service pending.ihav terminated on 30.4.09 on the basis of extension announcement(15.05.09) from chennai.i hav not submitted the 109 to the institute.i have registered with a new principal on 2.5.09 outside chennai(another city).now institute has removed the entire annoncement from the website as 1.5.09.whether it wil invalidate my new regn and my termination? please advice

As My Father is ill and for further treatment he has been told to go to another city and i have to accompany him so in that case can i get transfer ?? pls tell me its urgent...

I have get my form 109 signed from old CA on 30.4.2009.
but haven't submitted it in the institute.

My pcc exzm is in may 2010. I have started studying from April 2009 Is it to early or to late for me to study FOr pcc???
My second question is how to study for my Pcc i.e How to plan for my studiesi.e whether i have to plan my studies weekly or daily????
My third question is which subjects i have to study now and which subject to study later on like whether theory subject should be studied later on and many such ideas ????
My fourth question is whether i should start studying compilation now or at which month i have to sart studying compilation???

I have heard that use of pencil is not allowed and also the use of coloured pens is not allowed. like these can you please let me know if there are such items to consider in writing the answer sheet
