05 May 2009 I am a student of CA final, would like to know the best source for preparing for company law in group 1 of ca final

I am right now referring to Munish Bhandari but i think the case laws are not presented and explained properly

Please assist

05 May 2009 Dear Mukesh, I guess the book you are using will definitely help you to score good marks.
If talking from the Exam point of view, Munish Bhandari teaches you in question/answer format which helps you a lot while giving the exam.The book gives you the answer which should be written in the exam. If we compare this book with other book which teaches in text format then you will definitely get to know the difference;and the difference is while writing exam you need not frame the answer in your mind. You are already under pressure while giving exam and you cannot afford time to first frame the answer,points to be covered in the answer etc and then to write it accordingly. When you prepare Munish Bhandari, everything is already set and you just have to write it down which saves time. Ofcourse, it depends upon you what you are comfortable with.
As far as the question of case laws not given properly, I think they are appropriate.
