regarding transfer

Actually the case is that earlier the notification has been issued by ICAI, but now it is not present on the ICAI website. Two days before I have confirmed that from Kolkata Branch Of ICAI , that the transfer date is extended to 15 may and they replied me positively .but now every one is saying (not yet confirmed) that the notification to allow transfer up to 15 May has been withdrawn.
