can any body help in guiding me that whether i can do llb & cs course along with ca course
i passed my pcc exam in nov 08
now i have ample time and nothing to do after articleship
i.e my office timings are 10 to 5 after 5 i have nothing to do

plz suggest some gud books for reference in costing for pcc.(descriptive and exam oriented books)

We are importers of Ladies Apparals. We pay the duty for the product on the FOB. Now we have added some collar tags and other tags on to the product from the manufacturing end itself.

Can the manufacturing company raise a separate debit note for these tags or should it be included in the FOB of the product itself. If the cost of these tags are added to the product we might be needed to pay extra duty. Is it legal to raise a debit note. If it is considered as a customs duty evasion i would like to know what will be the penalty.

Following items classification is required for fixed assets.

1. Cabling material and cabling and networking work whether this should be classified as Electrical installation or a part of computers and therefore accounted in computers and periherals.

2. CCTV- is this a Television or a computer.

3. Equipment and cabling for TV- where to be classifed.

hi i have joined ca in aug 1999 in ca inter i have completed my article training in aug 2002.but i have not cleared any of the groups of ca inter or pe iind.june 2009 is my last attempt.what i do i am confused. i am want to rejoin ca for that what i do. i wanted to know:
1. what i do to rejoin ?what i get full credit for already taken article training?
2.what it is neccessary for every ca student to take 100 hour I.T. training ?becoz i have not taken the IT training
3.what it is neccessary to me that i give the exam of cpt and article training.when i rejoin and go with ipcc please friend give me right information and clear my doubt.
