My frind is persuing his articles without receiving Stipend. Can he do so, if he wish?? Is that fine or has he get to face any consequences?? Please let me know..
Does he need to mention this fact to the Institute??

doing more than 1 course

can any body help in guiding me that whether i can do llb & cs course along with ca course
i passed my pcc exam in nov 08
now i have ample time and nothing to do after articleship
i.e my office timings are 10 to 5 after 5 i have nothing to do

TAX PROBLEM

Dear sir/mam,
i am a ipcc student, i am not taking coaching classes anywhere, i have some problem in tax. for nov. attempt i am preparing tax with taxmann publications Dr.v.k singhanias book. sir i want to know that may i got the solution book of the problems given in that book.so that it will be easier for me.

FOB and Debit Notes for the same product.

Hi,

We are importers of Ladies Apparals. We pay the duty for the product on the FOB. Now we have added some collar tags and other tags on to the product from the manufacturing end itself.

Can the manufacturing company raise a separate debit note for these tags or should it be included in the FOB of the product itself. If the cost of these tags are added to the product we might be needed to pay extra duty. Is it legal to raise a debit note. If it is considered as a customs duty evasion i would like to know what will be the penalty.
