How can we show the entries to the books.

i have cleared pe1 and also 2nd group of pe2 in november 2006 but till now i could not clear 1st group so i want to ask that is there any rule that after passing one of the groups student has to pass the other group in 5 attempts? And also whether my exemption will stand withdrawn or not ? Reply quickly because i have no time as last date of filling exam forms is 7th september. so please reply as early as possible. i appeared in all of 5 attempts after passing 2nd group of pe2.

I have already passed all papers of ACCA UK and CIMA UK Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy.

I appeared for CA PCC Group 2 in June 2009 and unexpectedly got very low marks. I was expecting around 65-70 in Costing & Taxation, whereas the examiner gave only 30 marks.

I want to know whether there is a policy of the Institute to discriminate those candidates who sit only for one group and those candidates who sit for both groups at the same time.

Also, please advice on whether the institute has some predetermined pass percentage and hence they fail the candidate irrespective of his performance in the exam.

and i have send all the required forms( parents transfer cerificate , 109 & all others) after 31-4-09 but i have not received any reply in this regard. Now my new sir is asking me to leave the office and old sir has already asked one person to come in my place. so please help me in this regard.
