hay, i was passed pe2 in may08 and i registered for artical ship on 30/10/2008 can i appered in final exam on nov 10.

in the latest news letter institute has said that 'due to the hardship faced by the student institute has introduced amensty scheme & now every student can take onlyone transfer during their articleship period without any reason & all pending application for transfer upto 11th july will be passed'

Whether an articled assistant can opt for industrial training merely after intimating the principal three months in advance?

What are the remedies available for an articled assistant if his/her principal employer is not allowing him/her to join industrial training?
