Permission for pursuing a course along articleship [Regulations 65 & 78, Form 112] - (18-09-2009)

I would like to know that if anybody is pursuing m.com from distance learning is he/she has to seek permission from INSTITUTE in Form 112 and what will be the case if he had already been pursuing the same from last 2 year.

SO if anybody had already completed the course then what he had to do and is there will be any fine for not taking the permission.

SIR, MY TRAINING 3 & 1/2 YEARS (STARTED ON DATED 26-04-2007 TO 26-10-2010 ). I HAVE PASSED 4 PAPER ( GROUP II AND EXEMPTION IN AD. A/CING ) OF PCC IN JUNE 2009 ATTEMPT.MY MISTAKE, I DID NOT FILL THE EXAM. FORM FOR REMANINIG 2 PAPERS OF GROUP I IN NOV 2009. SO NOW I CAN GIVE 2 PAPER IN MAY 2010.U KNOW RESULT OF MAY 2010 ATTEMT WILL BE DECLARED IN JULY OR AUGUST 2010.I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEN WILL I REGISTERED MYSELF FOR CA FINAL COURSE
PLZ TELL ME WHEN WILL I GIVE FIRST ATTEMPT OF FINAL COURSE

HI, I AM KUNAL MEHTA, A S.Y.BCOM & PCC STUDENT. I WANT TO ASK HOW DO I PLAN MY PCC STUDIES.ALSO I HAVE TO APPEAR FOR MY S.Y.BCOM TERMINAL EXAMS. MY PCC ATTEMPT IS MAY 2010.CAN SOMEBODY SOLVE MY PROBLEM?

If a graduate + PCC qualified student wants to stop pursuing CA & join a bank for a job, is there an advantage for him over normal graduates?
