Permission for pursuing a course along articleship [Regulations 65 & 78, Form 112] - (18-09-2009)
I would like to know that if anybody is pursuing m.com from distance learning is he/she has to seek permission from INSTITUTE in Form 112 and what will be the case if he had already been pursuing the same from last 2 year.
SO if anybody had already completed the course then what he had to do and is there will be any fine for not taking the permission.
