done 2-3 classes and also given attempts but still not able to create confidence. concentrating only 1st group. during exam days i mess having so many notes also create health issue due to tension

I'd registered for Intermediate (IPC) course in 2012 and have undergone 100 ITT as well as Orientation programme. I have appeared for this year's may2016 attempt. if i happen to fail group1 but pass group2, n if i need to register again for Intermediate(IPC) course as validity of my registration in 2012 will expire this june2016, then on re-registering, will my group2 pass scores also become invalid? do i have to give both groups on registering afresh? And, will the validity of my earlier ITT n Orientation passed certificates also expire? must i do them all over again? Also, on re-registering for Intermediate course say, in July or August2016, when can i be eligible for my next attempt: Dec16 or May17? plz advise as soon as possible your attention n advise wud be much appreciated.

plz suggest me which material i should refer for nov 16 attempt group 2 for 100% success. I'll appearing in hindi medium.

sir, while filling my form 108 the n.o of weeks aggregate figure per year is coming as follows 1 yr 47weeks 2yr 46 weeks 3rd year 43 weeks the above figures does not include public holidays and office holidays do I have to deduct those days also from the above figure or simply how to arrive at no. of weeks training undergone while filing form108

I am finishing off my b.com by this june 2016. After results of my b.com are published in august 2016 i will complete my Itt and orientation by Jan 2017. If i register my articles in Feb 2017, when will be final attempt due either nov 2019 or may 2020(as per new syllabus final attempt is to be given after 3 full years of training). Also will i get old syllabus or new syllabus CA final books if i register in feb 2017. Thanks in advance for attending my query.

I want to know How Can i write name of case Law in DT IDT exam. wheather i need to Write full case name along with (2013) ITR-256 etc or I can write that "In the case of 'CIT vse Mother Dairy India Pvt Ltd' or In the case of 'Mother dairy India pvt Limited' is enough ??

I am a ca final student. I have cleared my inter in 2013. Now I am appearing for final in nov 2016 after a gap of year. Please let me know whether old scheme is applicable for me or the new scheme. And in addition to that please tell me about the changes in old course and the subjects.
