my artcleship has been completed on 27.12.2010 but there is an excess leave of 4 months. so, whether i will have to serve the excess period under same employer or i can serve it any other employer in any other ca firm? if yes then how(procedure) and if no (why) and procedure of getting it completed. pls reply urgently

Hi ! I am CA-Final student. I hv started my Articleship in August,2010. Now I want to transfer of Article.
I know that as per ICAI Notification in the 1st year of Articleship Transfer is allowed but I want to know if I take transfer now and
if I want transfer again after completing one year again (say after 2years) Will it be allowed and on what ground/basis?

Bt My problem is that right from my early age I hv habit of study in silent place only. I am not able to study in disterbunce but I want to utilise such free time at Audit place How can I do that?
