I have passed my 12th (science stream) with a score of 1028/1200.My cut off marks to get into medicine or engineering are not that good.I prefer to pursue CA now.I am from Tamil Nadu and hear that its impossible for me to do B.Com here.Please furnish me with the details about my career.What other degree shall I pursue if not B.Com to do CA simultaneously.I would be grateful to all of you the earlier you help me since my career is at stake now.

How one can categorized certain companies as a 'group companies?

Is there any impact of it under Income tax and other acts, if all are Indian Companies ?

iam a company seceretar student after complistion of my cs executive programme i want to go management trainnig in corprate side my desision is correct or not please advise me and kindly explain

My Artileship ended on 17th Mar 2011,but due to my exams i did not fill form 108 within 30 days.Now its been around 53 days (i.e.,23 days beyond 30 days)since my articleship completed.

My Querries are-

1)Pls tell the late fee i have to pay for form 108.

2)Now,if i submit form 108 at this point i will not be able to submit 107 within 60 days.So, will i be required to pay late fee for form 107 also?If yes, how much?

3)Is the Condonation letter required to be framed on the employer's letter head mandatorily?
